KICK-OFF blockchain renewable fuels project
When regulators, industry players and technology meet to find a solution to a real problem. Last Thursday we had the honor to welcome a diverse range of market parties to talk about trust, transparency, traceability, and verifiability in the renewable fuels supply chain. A sector initiative with a long-term vision to help scale the biofuels market while providing independent verified proofs of sustainability information. We are discovering how blockchain technology could play a role to achieve this and are currently working on the next steps to come to a first application.
